Registration
Registration is optional, but it greatly facilitates and accelerates the purchase process. To register, fill out the short form in the upper right corner of the site.
Searching for the goods
You can search for goods through the search box "Search by catalog" by entering the name of the brand, product or category of goods, or through the "Product Catalog", selecting the appropriate sections. To open the entire directory, click the "down" icon.
Selection of goods
To add an item to the basket, click the "Buy" button on the selected product. To get more information about the product, click on the product name or its photo. In the upper right corner you can see the total cost and quantity of goods in the order.
Ordering
Once you have selected all the necessary products, click on the "Basket" in the upper right corner of the site. In the "Basket" you will see all the goods that were added for the period of purchases. Here you can also edit the quantity of each item. To remove goods from the Basket, click on the cross next to the product photo. If you have a discount coupon, please enter its code on this page in a special field.
If you are making an order for an individual, choose in the column the payer type "Individual" and fill out the form. If you make an order for a legal entity, choose the type of payer "Legal entity" in the column and fill out the form.
Choose the delivery option, as well as the payment type. For more information on delivery (types of delivery, delivery areas), types of payment you can also see here. If the order amount is less than 5 000 tenge, the order will not be issued: please add more goods to your order. If the order amount is from 5 000 tenge to 15 000 tenge, then 1 000 tenge for delivery will be added to the total amount of the order. If the order amount is more than 15 000 tenge, delivery is free of charge.
Wishes or any additional information to the order is accepted in the column "Additional information". Please check your order and click on the button "Checkout".
After the successful completion of the order, a notification letter with information about the order will be sent to your e-mail address. Also information about the status of the order, as well as the entire history of purchases can be seen in the personal section of the site.
After the collection of the order by the store operators, and also as the order is completed, you will receive 3 e-mails with a change in the status of the order: the order went into processing, the order is completed and ready for shipment, the order is delivered and paid for. If you have any questions on the order, the operator will contact you by phone, indicated at the time of ordering.
If you want to cancel your order, you can do it within 4 hours after placing your order in the personal section of the site.
Re-order
If you want to repeat your previous order, or start shopping from the basket you ordered last time, go to the "Cabinet" section (the upper right corner next to the login), then "View order history". Select the order you want to repeat.
Click on "Re-order", you will be on the page with the finished basket. If you just want to repeat the order, click on "Checkout".
If you want to change the cart, please click on the icon to remove the product, to add a new product, please click on the Metro logo: you will return to the main page where you can select the desired product.
